ULTER Techno Events, organizers of Egypt's largest electronic music festival, faced significant logistical challenges in managing vehicle traffic and parking for tens of thousands of attendees at a temporary, open-air venue. The requirement was for a highly flexible, scalable, and rapid-deployment parking system that could efficiently process a massive surge of vehicles in a short timeframe before and after the event. City Parking Integrated Solutions was brought on board to create a dynamic parking strategy that could ensure safety, prevent major traffic jams, and contribute to a positive start and end to the festival experience.
The primary challenge was the non-permanent nature of the venue, which required a solution built on temporary infrastructure that could be installed and dismantled quickly. The system needed to include clear entry and exit circuits, pre-booking validation, and efficient space utilization within a large, unpaved area. Our goal was to design a flow that moved vehicles off the public roads as quickly as possible and managed the egress safely to avoid post-event congestion.
